This Privacy Policy explains how Hollywood Stars (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile application and this website (hollywood-stars.com) (collectively, the “Service”).

Account information

If you create an account or sign in using Apple or Google through Supabase authentication, we receive identifiers and basic account details (such as email address and a user ID). We do not receive your Apple ID password or Google password.

Location information

If you grant location permission, we collect approximate or precise location data from your device to show nearby stars and provide map-based features. You can disable location access at any time in your device settings. The Service can still be used with reduced functionality if location is not allowed.

Subscription and purchase information

If you purchase a subscription, we use RevenueCat to manage subscription status and entitlements. RevenueCat may process purchase receipts and subscription events. We do not store your full payment card details.

Usage analytics

We use analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand how the Service is used (e.g., pages viewed, feature usage, device and browser information, approximate location derived from IP for web analytics). We use this to improve performance and user experience.

Crash and diagnostics (if enabled)

We may collect diagnostics information to identify and fix errors (e.g., app crashes, performance metrics). These reports may include device information and approximate usage context.
